- Drive store KPIs: sales, conversion, profitability, ops.
- Ensure best-in-class retail standards and brand presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for launches and campaigns.
- Develop store teams through coaching and succession planning.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities and new store openings.
