Job summary

Bravida is seeking a forward-thinking Head of Talent Management to shape the Nordic people agenda and drive impact across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. You will report to the CHRO and lead talent strategies, ensuring practical execution and measurable business outcomes.

You will guide leadership development, career frameworks and learning curricula while collaborating with HR and business leaders to embed future-ready people tech solutions across decentralized operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading talent management in large, diverse organizations.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into practical programs and processes.
• Experience across multi-country Nordic environments preferred.
• Fluent in English; one Nordic language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead talent strategies aligned with Bravida’s Nordic priorities.
• Design and implement leadership development, career paths, and learning curriculums.
• Drive implementation of group-wide talent programs and ensure business impact.
• Lead a virtual team of Talent/Learning Managers across Nordic countries.
