Bravida is seeking a Head of Talent Management to shape our Nordic People agenda and drive impact across the Nordics. You will report to the CHRO and partner with HR and business leaders to translate strategy into practical solutions, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

In this role you will develop talent strategies, career paths and learning programs, lead a virtual team, and champion future-ready HR technologies while fostering a high-performing, inclusive work culture.

Formación

• Proven experience in Talent Management with career paths and learning curricula.
• Strong strategic capabilities with international experience.
• Pragmatic, hands-on approach spanning strategy to execution.
• Experience in decentralized organizations and field technician environments.
• Experience implementing HCM solutions and driving user adoption.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.
• Ability to build long-term relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic development in Leadership, Teamship, Employeeship, Employer Branding, Performance & Development, DEI and Learning.
• Develop career/skill frameworks and group-wide programs.
• Act as subject matter expert for talent processes—driving change and business impact.
• Lead the virtual team of Talent/Learning Managers across country HR teams.
