Job summary

Stockholm Live is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment for permanent roles in Northern Europe. You will partner with regional managers to define profiles, search, screen and extend offers.

The role spans venue operations, F&B, commercial partnerships and specialist functions, with a focus on an inclusive candidate experience and collaboration across Legends Global network.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or Talent Acquisition, preferably in-house or agency.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proactive search and candidate identification.
• Advisory ability with managers and stakeholders.
• Structured handling of parallel recruitment processes.
• Strong Swedish and English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with recruitment systems and digital sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead recruitment for permanent roles from need to offer.
• Advise hiring managers on profiles, selection, and strategy.
• Support People Operations with volume hiring and process improvements.
• Ensure structured, inclusive recruitment with strong candidate experience.
• Develop tools, processes and recruitment best practices.
• Monitor data to improve quality, efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Legends Global network and Talent functions.
