Job summary

Polyver Sweden is seeking a Nordic Brand Representative to drive growth across Nordic markets. You will work with retail partners and agents, visiting stores to maintain brand standards and merchandising while building key relationships with head offices and buyers.

The role emphasizes proactive account management, data-driven insights, and seasonal collaboration to achieve volume and revenue targets, with travel across the Nordics and potential remote work from Sweden.

Qualifications

• Experience (3–4 years) in sales for premium brands distributed through key accounts in Nordics.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Willingness to travel frequently, especially during the season.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Frequently visiting stores to implement and ensure brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Develop strong contacts at store and client head office levels to become the trusted advisor to major Nordic buying groups and accounts.
• Support seasonal presentation of new collections, order intake and orderbook conversion to hit volume and net revenue targets.
• Help build multi-year account plans including ranging, stock targets and promotional calendars.
• Use data and relationships to monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Identify and address commercial or consumer experience issues and propose solutions.
