Vend Marketplaces AB is looking for an Industry Strategy Lead to drive commercial strategy for their Nordic marketplaces, including FINN and Blocket. You will bridge the gap between retailer needs and commercial strategy, supporting teams with retail playbooks while engaging with major retail partners.

The ideal candidate has over 7 years of retail experience and expertise in Nordic retail economics. This position allows for a hybrid work environment, combining office and remote work flexibly.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of retail experience in retail, e-commerce, or media agencies.
• Deep understanding of P&L drivers and marketing budget allocation.
• Expert in performance, shopper, and retail media.

Responsabilités

• Support Nordic Sales and Commercial Success teams with retail playbooks.
• Build industry-specific commercial narratives and Retail Media playbooks.
• Bridge the gap between retailer needs and commercial strategy.
