Job summary

Saab seeks a senior leader to head the Transformation Office for BA Naval, guiding the overall transformation agenda and collaborating with the CIO to ensure that digitalization and business development go hand in hand. Qualifications

• Proven track record of driving large-scale transformation in complex organizations.
• Experience leading transformation programs at senior level.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Security vetting; citizenship considerations may apply for clearance.

Responsibilities

• Set direction and priorities for the transformation of operations, security, quality/sustainability, and procurement.
• Drive transformation of operating model, processes, organization and capabilities.
• Identify and scale initiatives with the greatest impact on productivity, quality, delivery and resilience.
• Support business units in their journey toward more digital and autonomous products; CIO as coordinating enabler for tech development.
• Ensure evolution of processes and structures in step with technology advancement and identify bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with CIO and governance bodies to integrate technology into business development and create measurable value.
• Build a strong transformation culture where people, processes, organization and technology develop together.
