You will translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps, develop governance, and collaborate across sections to embed data and digital solutions throughout the business.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education.
• Proven ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
• Experience leading, developing, and challenging organizations and teams.
• Strong business acumen and customer focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BI & Digital Tools team and ensure high performance.
• Translate data into KPIs, insights and decision support across the business.
• Develop, own, and execute the data governance roadmap.
• Translate Operational Excellence roadmap into actionable BI roadmaps and priorities.
• Collaborate with sister sections to integrate data and digital solutions.
• Coach and develop team members and enable growth in skills and scope.
• Drive transformation, change leadership, and agile collaboration.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and translate strategies into targets.
• Ensure safety, health, quality, delivery capacity, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
