Job summary

Saab BA Dynamics seeks a visionary Chief Information Officer to lead our global information and IT landscape, overseeing digital transformation, governance and enterprise systems to enable sustainable growth. You will drive alignment between business strategy and IT execution, ensuring secure and compliant information management across Saab’s worldwide operations.

The role reports to the BA Head of Business Support and collaborates with Saab Group CIO and the Group Head of Information & Data

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CIO or similar management role in an internationally regulated context.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills, translating business objectives into actionable initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate technical and business stakeholders.
• Advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to Saab Group IT Strategy and develop Dynamics IT Strategy.
• Lead a high-performing IT and Information & Data Management team enabling growth and innovation.
• Oversee IT operations, data management, governance, compliance and security.
• Align IT initiatives with business goals across Saab’s global organization.
• Collaborate with business leadership to optimize cost structures and delivery of IT services.
