Responsibilities
- Manage the Transformation Office team, ensuring high performance, engagement, and efficient ways of working.
- Contribute to building operational strategy of the COO Office FCC.
- Drive the transformation agenda and reinvent the operating model of BU FCC.
- Translate the Operational Excellence roadmap and strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and priorities for the Transformation Office.
- Partner and collaborate with sister sections within Operational Excellence to ensure data and digital solutions are leveraged.
- Coach and develop team members, building capabilities and enabling employees to take on increasingly complex challenges.
- Develop efficient ways of working, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement within the area.
- Act as transformation and change leader, inspiring confidence and engagement in an agile business environment.
- Build, maintain and develop relations with all relevant stakeholders.
- Translate Saab, Surveillance and BU strategies into clear, well‑communicated targets for stakeholders.
- Lead according to Saab’s organizational values.
- Take full responsibility for results within the area, including safety and health, quality, delivery capacity, efficiency and finance.

Required Skills and Experience
- Master of Science in Engineering or equivalent education and/or relevant professional experience.
- Demonstrated ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Proven ability and genuine interest in leading, developing, and challenging organizations, management teams, and employees.
- Strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Pragmatic and action‑oriented, with the ability to deliver business value through balanced structure, governance, and speed.
- Minimum five years’ formal or informal leadership experience across relevant areas: digital transformation, operational transformation, operations strategy, industrialization, software development, supply chain transformation.
- Strong communication skills and experience in leading transformation and change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
- Tech savvy within software development excellence, digital tools, machine learning, system integration, data management.
- Experience from product‑centric business context in high‑mix low‑volume operation is meritorious but not required.
- Experience from a leading management consulting firm is meritorious but not required.

- Position requires passing security vetting based on current regulations around security protection.
