Job summary

Saab is seeking a Head of Profit Unit Naval Command, Control and Autonomy (CCA) to lead a high-tech, software-driven naval portfolio. You will shape strategy, manage a multi-disciplinary team, and drive customer-focused innovation for future naval platforms, including autonomous vessels.

You will lead across Marketing & Sales, Development and other key functions to secure new business and efficiently execute ongoing contracts.

Qualifications

Proven track record creating and implementing strategies that deliver sustainable growth and profitability.
Experience leading a complex, high-tech organisation with skilled teams across AI, data, software and hardware.
Strong product vision to stay ahead of market needs and customer expectations.
Ability to build and maintain a network of customers, industrial partners and other stakeholders.
Deep understanding of modern software engineering practices, software factories, and AI-enabled development.

Responsibilities

Lead Saab's new Profit Unit Naval Command, Control and Autonomy (CCA) and drive the next generation software-defined naval capabilities.
Oversee strategy, portfolio management, and development of a modular, upgradeable product stack for submarines and frigates.
Direct a management team from Marketing & Sales, Development, and other key functions to meet short- and long-term targets.
Ensure sustainable customer value through innovation, delivery excellence, and strong partnerships.
