Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience within finance.
- Proven leadership of finance systems, digital transformation or finance technology initiatives.
- Experience bridging finance and technology functions and driving automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of ~15 finance systems professionals.
- Define and execute Saab's finance systems & digitalisation roadmap.
- Drive automation across core finance processes (reporting, close, AR, AP).
- Act as the strategic link between Finance, IT and Data & Analytics.
- Identify, evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance performance.
- Drive adoption of AI and advanced analytics in finance.
- Manage the finance systems portfolio and budget.
- Ensure systems support Saab's global operations and growth.
