Job summary

Instabee is seeking an Implementation Specialist to drive API integrations for the Norwegian market from Stockholm, blending commercial strategy with technical delivery. You will own onboarding for new merchants, ensuring fast, smooth launches and ongoing value delivery.

You will work with commercial, product, tech, and operations teams to streamline integrations, shorten time-to-market, and monitor performance data.

Qualifications

University degree in business, engineering, or related field.
Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or implementation is valuable.
Strong communication skills in English, Swedish, and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

Drive the technical value proposition in complex deal cycles and align integration roadmaps with business objectives.
Own onboarding and integrations for new merchants ensuring a seamless launch.
Partner with commercial teams to accelerate go-to-market timelines.
Collaborate with tech, product, and operations to simplify integrations and resolve challenges.
Monitor integration and performance data to identify improvement areas.
Build long-term relationships with merchants beyond launch.
