Job summary

Instabee seeks a commercially minded, hands-on Commercial Business Development Manager to join our Swedish Commercial team. You will strengthen our merchant offering, build a world-class commercial organisation, and shape the future of e-commerce delivery.

You will report to the Commercial Director, Sweden, and work across Commercial, Product, Tech, and Operations to drive measurable impact while building a high-performing team. Hybrid setup and flexible working hours are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field; 3–5 years in growth, commercial roles, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and drive improvements in commercial processes using automation and smarter tools.
• Drive process optimization and standardisation with the commercial tech team.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve merchant setup and the overall experience for merchants and end users.
• Analyse data to monitor and evaluate commercial and operational performance.
• Define operational reporting, dashboards and KPIs with the controlling team.
