Job summary

Instabee Group AB is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Merchant Experience and Integration Services in Stockholm. You will bridge two domains, driving the standardization of integrations while deeply understanding merchant needs and how they interact with our portal.

You will lead discovery, define product directions, and collaborate with Engineering to build scalable onboarding flows and merchant data insights, balancing quick wins with durable platform features.

Qualifications

• Product management experience including user research and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to conduct iterative delivery with feedback loops.
• Curiosity for systems, APIs, and data flows.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Systematize integrations and standardize APIs for partner connections.
• Drive product discovery by engaging with merchants and benchmarking industry standards.
• Coordinate self-onboarding flows by connecting portal and internal teams.
• Segment the merchant offering to serve different sizes from small to large enterprises.
