Instabee is seeking a Global Implementation Specialist to lead API integrations and onboarding for global merchants, ensuring a smooth launch and scalable adoption across markets.

You will bridge Commercial, Product, Tech and Operations, translating merchant needs into practical integration solutions and owning the end-to-end onboarding journey.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or logistics.
• Solid understanding of API integrations and tooling like Postman.
• Experience with global merchants or cross-border setups.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and API integrations for new global merchants.
• Translate merchant requirements into effective integration solutions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Tech, Product and Operations teams.
• Monitor integration performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with merchants beyond launch.
