Job summary

Axo Group in Stockholm is seeking an AI-First Growth Marketing Lead to own acquisition performance for Sweden. You will move fast, test relentlessly, and use data and AI to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

You will own paid media across Google, Bing, Meta and other channels, build acquisition strategies, and collaborate with Product and Tech to run tests tied to uplift. Strong Swedish/English communication and analytics fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital growth/performance marketing experience in Sweden.
• Proven track record of improving CPA and Gross Profit.
• Strong Swedish copywriting and messaging instincts.
• Analytics fluency: GA4, Excel/Sheets, BI tools.
• Genuine curiosity using AI to increase speed and reduce load.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Own Sweden’s performance across Google, Bing, Meta and other relevant channels.
• Build and execute acquisition strategies that deliver measurable uplift.
• Allocate budget dynamically to maximize results and kill noise.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Sales to run tests tied to uplift.
• Improve funnel conversion by identifying bottlenecks and prioritizing changes.
• Align Paid Search with Organic to strengthen long-term visibility.
