Job summary

Getinge is seeking an Innovation Project Leader to independently lead innovation projects from opportunity identification through concept development, evaluation, and recommendation. You will work across Strategy, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to shape future value for our customers and Getinge.

The role requires strong leadership of complex initiatives, excellent stakeholder management, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to turn ideas into action while traveling

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience leading complex projects, innovation initiatives, business development activities, or similar work.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and evolving environments.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing and driving outcomes across functions without formal authority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience using AI tools, AI agents, and low‑code/no‑code platforms is highly valued.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation concept development and evaluation projects.
• Drive cross-functional teams to explore future opportunities and unmet customer needs.
• Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to generate insights and recommendations.
• Develop decision‑support material and communicate project findings to key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of how innovation projects are executed.
