Job summary

Qualifications

Experience in incident management and technical support, preferably 2nd line.
Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITIL-based processes.
Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing tool.
Solid technical understanding and interest in digital platforms.
Strong analytical ability to identify root causes and drive improvements.
Good communication skills collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Manage the technical operation of the platform, focusing on incident handling, monitoring, troubleshooting and integrations.
Analyze incident flows, identify root causes and drive improvements to prevent recurrence.
Carry out testing, configuration and quality assurance for platform releases.
Troubleshoot integrations and data flows between systems.
Collaborate with suppliers, internal IT functions and other stakeholders.
Maintain strong data quality and platform stability in line with information security and data protection requirements.
