Location: Stockholm (50% Remote is possible).

Support the client in strengthening secure behaviors across the organization by designing and developing digital learning solutions (e.g., nano‑learning and e‑learning modules).

The consultant will capture organizational and user needs related to cybersecurity, contribute to defining learning objectives and behavioral outcomes, and translate these into effective learning concepts and storyboards. The role includes developing, testing and iterating interactive learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts. Evaluation and continuous improvement of training material and developing other types of digital communication, for example intranet pages, are also in scope.
