Qualifications

• Solid technical understanding and interest in digital platforms.
• Strong analytical ability to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Good communication skills collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Technical Application Specialist (Learning Platform / LMS)

We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist to help ensure a stable, secure and user-friendly learning platform within a cross-functional LMS team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical operation of the platform, with emphasis on incident handling, monitoring, troubleshooting and integrations
• Analyze incident flows, pinpoint root causes and drive improvements that prevent recurring issues
• Carry out testing, configuration and quality assurance
• Troubleshoot integrations and data flows
• Work together with suppliers, internal IT functions and other stakeholders
• Help maintain strong data quality and platform stability, in line with applicable requirements for information security and data protection

Required Skills And Experience

• Experience in incident management and technical support, preferably at 2nd line level
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITIL-based processes
• Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing tool
• Solid technical understanding and a genuine interest in digital platforms and solutions
• Strong analytical ability, with a track record of identifying root causes and driving improvements
• Good communication skills and comfort collaborating with both technical and business-oriented stakeholders

Meritorious

• Experience in platform or application management
• Experience with integrations, APIs and data flows
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID or other identity and access management solutions
• Experience in risk management, information security or lifecycle management
• Experience with Jira, as well as testing and configuration
• Experience with LMS, SaaS platforms or other business-critical applications

Location

Västerås or Solna, with occasional travel between the two offices.
