Swedish ServiceNow Partner in Sweden seeks a senior ServiceNow specialist to join as a key player in implementation and post-implementation projects. You will collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to deliver robust solutions, while maintaining health, scalability, and upgrade readiness of the platform.

As a senior team member, you will manage workload, drive projects forward, and mentor more junior colleagues.

Qualifications

• Senior team member with ability to manage workload and drive projects.
• Client-focused with strong collaboration and workshop outcomes.
• Fluency in Swedish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as integral member of both implementation and post-implementation teams.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to ensure seamless project execution.
• Protect health, scalability, and technical debt of the ServiceNow instance.
• Work with the latest features in the ServiceNow platform and develop expertise.
• Guide junior implementers by conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.
