Job summary

Rasulson Consulting Sweden seeks a Technical Application Specialist to ensure a stable, secure LMS platform within a cross‑functional LMS team.

You will manage platform operations, analyze incidents, perform testing and QA, and collaborate with IT, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain data quality and security.

Qualifications

• Experience in incident management and technical support, preferably at 2nd line level.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITIL-based processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing tool.
• Solid technical understanding of digital platforms and solutions.
• Strong analytical ability to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Technical Application Specialist (Learning Platform / LMS)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Application Specialist to help ensure a stable, secure and user-friendly learning platform within a cross-functional LMS team.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical operation of the platform, with emphasis on incident handling, monitoring, troubleshooting and integrations

• Analyze incident flows, pinpoint root causes and drive improvements that prevent recurring issues

• Carry out testing, configuration and quality assurance

• Troubleshoot integrations and data flows

• Work together with suppliers, internal IT functions and other stakeholders

• Help maintain strong data quality and platform stability, in line with applicable requirements for information security and data protection

Required skills and experience

• Experience in incident management and technical support, preferably at 2nd line level

• Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITIL-based processes

• Experience with ServiceNow or a comparable ticketing tool

• Solid technical understanding and a genuine interest in digital platforms and solutions
