Job summary

Strawberryhotels is seeking a reliable Lead Cook for Aurora Village, an innovative hospitality project in Northern Sweden. This position involves leading kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality meal production for up to 2,000 guests daily.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume kitchens, catering, or large restaurants.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in operations.

• Assist in food production for large volumes.
