Job summary

Icehotel Aktiebolag in Kiruna seeks a Lead Chef to head the Veranda Restaurant show-cooking for the winter season 2026/2027. This fine-dining, open-kitchen experience requires leadership of the kitchen team and a passion for storytelling through food.

You will cook and present dishes in front of guests, sharing the story behind the menu inspired by Nordic flavours. Seasonal employment includes staff accommodation and a collaborative, inclusive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining and leading a kitchen team.
• Proficiency in an open-kitchen/chef's table setting.
• Familiarity with Nordic flavours and food culture.
• Fluent English; Swedish language is a plus.
