TTI Europe, a leading distributor of electronic components, seeks an Inside Sales professional in Stockholm. You will sell products, build relationships with customers, and collaborate with Field Sales, Product Management, and Sales Management to tailor sales approaches and exceed customer requirements.

The role emphasizes providing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree recommended or equivalent.
• Several years’ experience in electronics industry or supply chain/logistics.
• Excellent written and spoken Swedish; very good English.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills; good presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support a defined customer base and develop the sales area.
• Provide price and delivery quotes and monitor quality figures for customers.
• Follow up on quotes, process orders and monitor shipments to customers.
• Coordinate deliveries and be the first contact for customer complaints with solutions.
