Qualifications

• Commercial background with an interest in technology.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales or customer support, preferably towards municipalities or utility customers.
• Experience using CRM and order management systems and MS Office.
• Strong focus on process, administration and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Securing order flow while supporting and advising customers, with a commercial mindset
• Preparing quotations, product configurations and standard sales contracts
• Supporting upselling and cross-selling activities in collaboration with external sales
• Managing contract administration and customer related processes
• Supporting the external sales team in their daily commercial activities and influencing and providing feedback on internal processes
