Job summary

Luminator Technology Group is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist internal and external customers during troubleshooting and data programming based on requests. You will support integration of new systems and act as the first contact in aftersales, handling inquiries via phone, email, or portal.

Responsibilities include organizing the support desk, documenting processes, configuring products for orders, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical education in electronics or IT.
• Bus workshop apprenticeship is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years' after-sales experience in a technical environment.
• Structured, hands-on, customer-focused approach.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, MS Office, CRM, and ticketing systems.
• Customer support experience by phone in English and Swedish.
• Understanding of networks, data types, and system communication (RS232, RS485, Ethernet).
• Knowledge of XML, CSV, and BAT files.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proactive, patient, resilient team player.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for customers during Aftersales phase (PLM Phase 7).
• Support via phone, mail or Customer portal during support office times or per SLA.
• Provide solutions for technical issues with Luminator products.
• Organize Support desk with Luminator ticketing system.
• Write and manage Customer Service documentation.
• Provide consistent configuration setup for products in customer orders.
• Remote support.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization.
