You will help digitalize and standardize processes, contribute to SuccessFactors initiatives, and ensure compliant, employee‑centric HR practices across Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Job description

We are looking for an engaged and development-orientedHR Officer / HR Operations & Projects Specialist to join our Nordic & Baltic HR Services team. The position is based at our headquarters in Solna, Sweden, and will have a particular focus on supporting our Baltic operations in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

As an HR Officer / HR Operations & Projects Specialist, you will have a diverse role that combines day-to-day HR operations with participation in and coordination of HR-related projects. You will help ensure efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while contributing to the continuous development of our systems, processes, and ways of working.

A key part of the role is supporting initiatives related to digitalization, standardization, and continuous improvement. You will be involved in the implementation of new SuccessFactors modules, system enhancements, process improvements, and other HR transformation projects across the region.
