Job summary

Nordic Knots is seeking a People Operations Specialist to strengthen our people operations, ensuring reliable, high-quality, and scalable processes. You will translate HR processes into a consistent employee experience across markets and collaborate with the Head of People, Finance, and external partners.

You will own administration for onboarding, changes, offboarding, payroll coordination, HR data, and international employment, while improving processes to reduce bureaucracy and support rapid

Qualifications

• Broad experience in People Operations within a growing company.
• Experience coordinating onboarding, changes, offboarding and HR administration.
• Practical knowledge of Swedish employment law and employee relations.
• Experience maintaining accurate employee data and improving HR processes.
• Exposure to payroll coordination, recruitment, or cross-market administration is a plus.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own administration and coordination across the employee lifecycle.
• Support payroll input and payroll data accuracy in collaboration with Finance and providers.
• Maintain Hailey HR data and contribute to system improvements.
• Coordinate international employment administration and EOR arrangements.
• Support recruitment projects and candidate management.
• Ensure GDPR compliance and documentation accuracy.
