Ramboll in Sweden is seeking a new HR Partner/People Partner to support managers and employees across various HR topics. This role offers the opportunity to advise on compliance with Swedish labour law and contribute to a collaborative HR environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in HR, fluency in Swedish, and strong communication skills. This position encourages a hands-on approach and the chance to work in a hybrid setup from the Stockholm office.
In this role, you will support managers and employees across a broad range of people topics, including employee relations matters and case handling. It is a role for someone who enjoys combining advisory support with practical, day‑to‑day HR work and who would like to further develop their experience in employee relations.
As our new HR Partner/People Partner, you will join the Nordic People Advisory team covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
You will primarily support employees and first‑line managers in Sweden, and also work with colleagues across the Nordic region. The role covers a broad range of people processes and employee matters. You will be part of a collaborative team and contribute to delivering consistent HR support and implementing people initiatives locally.
We imagine that you have a few years of experience from a broad HR role, for example as an HR Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar position. You have a good understanding of Swedish labour law and are comfortable supporting managers in everyday people matters.
We are looking for someone who is pragmatic, service‑minded, and comfortable switching between advisory work and more hands‑on HR tasks. You enjoy working closely with managers and colleagues, and you contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Our daily tools include Workday and ServiceNow, so we would like you to be familiar with modern HR systems. Knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Excel, will be needed in this role.
All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
