Job description

In this role, you will support managers and employees across a broad range of people topics, including employee relations matters and case handling. It is a role for someone who enjoys combining advisory support with practical, day‑to‑day HR work and who would like to further develop their experience in employee relations.

About the role and the team

As our new HR Partner/People Partner, you will join the Nordic People Advisory team covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

You will primarily support employees and first‑line managers in Sweden, and also work with colleagues across the Nordic region. The role covers a broad range of people processes and employee matters. You will be part of a collaborative team and contribute to delivering consistent HR support and implementing people initiatives locally.

Responsibilities
  • Advising managers on HR policies, people processes, and everyday people matters, drawing on your knowledge of Swedish labour law and HR practices
  • Supporting employee relations and case handling, including performance, absence, grievances, inter‑personal issues and other employee matters, with the opportunity to build further experience in this area
  • Supporting local labour relations activities and collaboration with managers and colleagues, ensuring compliance with local legislation and ways of working
  • Becoming a local point of contact for one or more global people processes, such as salary review, engagement surveys, performance and development, talent review, or succession planning, and supporting their implementation in the region
What You Bring

We imagine that you have a few years of experience from a broad HR role, for example as an HR Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar position. You have a good understanding of Swedish labour law and are comfortable supporting managers in everyday people matters.

We are looking for someone who is pragmatic, service‑minded, and comfortable switching between advisory work and more hands‑on HR tasks. You enjoy working closely with managers and colleagues, and you contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

  • Experience supporting managers on employee matters and/or exposure to employee relations cases, with an interest in building further capability in this area
  • Fluency in Swedish and strong communication skills in English
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and contribute to initiatives and processes
  • You have a pragmatic approach to solving problems, are willing to help where needed, and are comfortable with practical, hands‑on HR work
  • You have an improvement mindset and can combine this with your understanding of customer needs to create a great service to our employees and managers
  • Ability to work across cultures and in virtual teams and create a collaborative environment
  • Relevant educational background (university degree in a relevant field)

Our daily tools include Workday and ServiceNow, so we would like you to be familiar with modern HR systems. Knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Excel, will be needed in this role.

What We Offer
  • A broad HR role in a business‑oriented and collaborative environment, including a good level of independence
  • An inclusive culture where different backgrounds and perspectives are valued
  • The long‑term thinking of a foundation‑owned company
  • A primary workplace in our Stockholm office, with the possibility for hybrid work
  • Access to an international HR community spanning 35 countries
  • Support from both local colleagues and the wider international HR community
  • Leaders guided by our Leadership Principles
  • A permanent, full‑time position with a mutually agreed start date—ideally as soon as possible
