You will help digitalize and standardize processes, contribute to SuccessFactors initiatives, and ensure compliant, employee‑centric HR practices across Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle
• Ensure high quality and accuracy of HR data and systems
• Provide support and guidance to managers, employees, and other stakeholders
• Participate in and coordinate HR projects and system implementations
• Support testing activities, training, documentation, and change management initiatives
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and standardization
• Promote the adoption and effective use of digital HR solutions
