Saab AB is seeking a strategic Head of IT Area Enterprise Governance Services to lead the organisation, people and capabilities that support Saab’s Group Functions. You will translate business and security requirements into effective application services and drive a modernisation agenda across cloud, AI, and automation.

Formación

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading application management and development, combining reliable service delivery with digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing service roadmaps and prioritising business needs.
• Experience managing and developing application services supporting corporate functions is advantageous.
• Experience managing IT vendors and following up service delivery and costs.
• Understanding of information security and compliance requirements in application management.
• Experience driving transformation in complex environments.
• Experience from large, global organisations; defence industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
