Job summary

Saab AB is seeking a Head of Security Compliance Services to lead the organisation, people and capabilities within Group IT. You will develop and deliver scalable compliance, assurance and accreditation services to meet security requirements and enable secure technology adoption across Saab.

The role focuses on scalable compliance capabilities to support cloud adoption, digitalisation and new technologies, defining governance approaches and enabling faster decision-making through standardisation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in complex and regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of information security governance, risk management and compliance frameworks.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and engage employees and leaders within the area.
• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Security Compliance Services.
• Strengthen security assurance, accreditation and compliance capabilities.
• Drive standardisation and automation of security compliance processes.
• Support secure adoption of cloud services and modern technologies.
• Enable efficient and scalable compliance practices across Saab.
