Job summary

Saab AB invites a senior IT leader to shape and drive the enterprise IT services portfolio. As Head of IT Area Enterprise & Business Services, you will lead and develop services across Travel, Finance, Procurement and Logistics to enable Saab's digital transformation.

You will partner with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, balance day-to-day delivery with modernization, and ensure secure, reliable services.

Qualifications

• Academic degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading application management and development with digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of service lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Experience developing service roadmaps and prioritising business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and engage employees within the area.
• Define and drive service roadmaps and lifecycle plans with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into prioritised improvements and development initiatives.
• Ensure information security and compliance across the lifecycle.
• Drive modernisation and adoption of cloud, AI and automation.
• Manage service performance, costs and vendor delivery against commitments.
