Saab AB is seeking a Head of IT Service Management to lead Saab's strategic ITSM operations within Group IT. You will drive reliable IT operations through standardised processes, governance, automation and data-driven service management.

You will lead a team, shape the ITSM framework across Run & Operate processes, and collaborate with service providers and stakeholders to improve performance and delivery. This role requires travel and flexibility in location.

Qualifications

• Academic degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Strong people leadership and talent development skills.
• Proven experience managing operational delivery and service performance.
• Experience driving ITSM transformation, process improvement or operational excellence in complex environments.
• Experience from large, complex and global organisations.
• Experience from the defence industry is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, vendors, and partners to maximise the value of IT service management capabilities and services.
• Lead the development of Saab's IT service management processes and capabilities.
• Drive standardisation, governance, continuous improvement, and increased automation across the IT service management lifecycle.
• Ensure effective management and alignment of core ITSM processes, such as Asset, Configuration and Change Management.
