Job summary

Simployer seeks a Lead for Sweden's top HR experts to shape how employers read about HR and labour law. Based in Stockholm with weekly office presence and regular travel to Gothenburg, you will lead six advisors, drive AI-enabled knowledge, and align content with customer needs.

You will partner with product managers and developers to deliver the best HR system in Sweden. You’ll translate market insight into priorities, own the Swedish content plan, and be the voice of Simployer in Swedish HR

Qualifications

• Documented experience managing people.
• Stockholm-based with weekly in-office presence; Gothenburg travel.
• Fluent in Swedish and English; Norwegian is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and improve ways of working to increase customer value and productivity through AI.
• Own the Swedish content plan and align editorial decisions with customer data.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine the HR system.
• Analyze market trends and translate them into priorities for offerings, pricing, and promotions.
• Represent Simployer in Swedish HR circles on stage, panels, and in writings.
