Simployer seeks a Lead for Sweden's top HR experts to shape how employers read about HR and labour law. Based in Stockholm with weekly office presence and regular travel to Gothenburg, you will lead six advisors, drive AI-enabled knowledge, and align content with customer needs.
You will partner with product managers and developers to deliver the best HR system in Sweden. You’ll translate market insight into priorities, own the Swedish content plan, and be the voice of Simployer in Swedish HR
Lead six of Sweden's sharpest HR experts. Decide what Swedish employers read about HR and labour law. Improve ways of working with AI. Work close to our product managers and developers to build the best HR System ever created.
Every day, HR and payroll managers across Sweden face questions they can’t answer alone, like a dismissal that has to hold up or a sick-leave case that keeps changing. They turn to Simployer Expert, our knowledge service for Swedish labour law, payroll and HR, where they can search for answers, ask Sia (our AI assistant, which answers from our experts’ articles), or reach a named HR Expert by phone or message when the stakes are high. Our team of experts makes sure our customers are never left alone, and you will lead them.
The work has five parts, and they all feed each other.
- You lead the team and improve their ways of working, by increasing customer value and boosting productivity, through AI.
- You own the Swedish content plan, which means deciding what gets written and why, based customer data. And because that same content is what our AI Sia answers from, your editorial calls are product calls: when the AI gets something wrong, your experts fix the source it learned from.
- You'll sit close to the people building the product, testing what we ship and saying plainly when it doesn't work. You grow it by watching the market closely. Which rule changes are about to create demand, and what customers will be asking about six months from now. You turn that into priorities: what offerings we have, how we price them, what gets written, what gets promoted, what gets retired.
- You work with Swedish sales and marketing on customer initiatives that start from what the experts know, and you make sure a Swedish buyer actually hears it. We'll give you the numbers, churn, usage, retention, revenue, and expect you to come back with a view on them.
- And you'll be our face in Swedish HR: on stage, in the panel, writing under your own name, in the rooms where the industry actually meets.
Documented experience managing people. You do not need to be an employment-law expert yourself, that's what the six advisors are, and they're among the best in Sweden. What you need is enough general HR knowledge to understand what they do and why it matters to a customer, and a real feel for the Swedish HR market: what employers are wrestling with right now, where the field is heading, and who's driving the conversation.
Based in Stockholm, in the office every week, and in Gothenburg regularly. Comfortable in Swedish and English; Norwegian is a bonus.
"I took over Knowledge in April, and the thing that struck me first was how good these experts are, and how little the market knows it. My honest pitch: You're coming in to give six very capable people a leader who's actually present, a plan that starts from what Swedish customers ask for, and a louder voice in a market that should already know our names. Come and make that happen."
