Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients, partners, executives and visitors with warmth and discretion.
• Manage arrivals: pre-registration, check-in, wayfinding and room guidance.
• Coordinate with reception, facilities, catering and security to ensure seamless visits.
• Prepare for visits and events, including schedules and hospitality details.
• Capture feedback and suggest improvements to enhance experiences.
• Maintain high standards across welcome areas and coffee points.
