Qualifications

• Completed vocational education and experience in reception or service roles.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional reception services and greet guests and visitors.
• Manage telephone switchboard and cover for other MMC locations when needed.
• Coordinate conference room bookings via Zoom Workspace and handle receptions emails.
• Handle inbound event inquiries, coordinate external service providers, and support post and admin tasks.
