Job summary

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:The Ericsson Hospitality Team seeks a warm, polished, hands-on Guest Relations Host to deliver an outstanding experience at Global HQ. You’ll be a first point of contact for clients, partners and visitors, owning reception check-in, lobby hosting, registration, and guiding guests through all touchpoints so they feel expected, informed and cared for. You’ll also enhance the employee experience with a visible, approachable presence and strong service mindset.What you will do:Welcome and host clients, partners, executives and visitors with warmth, confidence and discretion.Manage arrivals: pre-registration, check-in, wayfinding, meeting-room guidance and departure follow-up.Serve as an Ericsson Hospitality ambassador, clarifying the experience, facilities and purpose.Prepare for visits and events: schedules, room readiness, presentation and hospitality details.Anticipate needs and coordinate with reception, guest relations, facilities, catering, security and events.Ensure a seamless journey, handling requests and issues with urgency and sound judgement.Support workplace hospitality; be visible, accessible and proactive.Maintain high standards across welcome areas, meeting spaces and coffee points; ensure supplies/info.Capture feedback, report deviations and suggest improvements.Follow procedures for safety, confidentiality, visitor management, food handling and conduct.What success looks like: Guests feel personally welcomed and confidently guided.
