Job summary

Sinch seeks a strategic technology leader to own the Sales and Marketing application portfolio, reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing Applications. You will manage the commercial value, vendor relationships and the roadmaps that enable our global go-to-market organization.

This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and IT to maximise adoption and ROI, ensuring Salesforce integrations and third‑party apps deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing enterprise Sales and Marketing technology portfolios within a global organisation.
• Strong understanding of modern GTM technology including sales engagement, conversational marketing, customer success and AI-enabled sales tools.
• Experience managing strategic SaaS vendors, commercial negotiations and technology investment decisions.
• Demonstrated success increasing platform adoption and delivering measurable business value from enterprise software investments.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate ROI, licensing strategies and tech rationalisation.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and lifecycle management of Sinch's Sales and Marketing application portfolio, including platforms like Gong, Outreach, Qualified, 6sense, ZoomInfo and other GTM technologies.
• Lead vendor governance, renewals, licensing strategies and roadmap alignment for strategic SaaS vendors.
• Develop product roadmaps for each application to support Sinch's long-term GTM strategy and business outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to drive adoption, improve user experience and ensure technology capabilities are fully utilised.
• Define success metrics for each platform and monitor adoption, ROI and business value.
