Toloka AI is a globally distributed startup transforming data powering GenAI models. We seek a CSO partner to define GTM offerings, drive cross‑functional process launches, and deliver reliable revenue reporting for the executive team.

You will own major commercial decisions, build revenue models, and guide budget allocation across deals and markets. This is a strategic, impact‑driven leadership role in a remote‑first organization.

Qualifications

• Several years in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, RevOps or GTM strategy, ideally in B2B tech with enterprise sales.
• You’ve built revenue reporting that execs relied on, and launched processes across teams that stuck.
• Strong with numbers. You build your own models.
• Solid understanding of AI and how models are trained and evaluated.
• Quantitative degree: engineering, computer science, maths, physics or similar.

Responsibilities

• GTM strategy and offerings: own the strategic view of what we sell, to whom, and at what price.
• Cross-functional process launches: roll out new commercial processes across Sales, Delivery, Legal and Finance, and ensure adoption.
• Revenue reporting for executives: build and own bookings, revenue, pipeline, forecast and margin reports; lead reviews.
• Advisor to the CSO: prepare for board and exec discussions and push back when needed.
