Job summary

Sinch is seeking a VP of Product & Business Lead to own the verification opportunity end‑to‑end, building a scalable product and commercial motion. You will lead cross‑functional teams across product, engineering, marketing and solutions, shaping GTM strategy and aligning the business around a single plan.

You will own the next generation verification product(s), drive strategic partnerships with operators, and hire and develop leaders in product and engineering.

Qualifications

• 15+ years across product management and business leadership.
• Experience leading both product and engineering teams—owning full build-and-ship.
• Track record of leading a product/business through a genuine market transition.
• Commercial mindset—pricing levers, unit economics, business outcomes.
• Strong leadership of cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, finance.
• Ability to represent Sinch with major enterprise customers and operator partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L and be accountable for revenue, gross profit and margins.
• Drive go-to-market with Sales, Product Marketing and regional teams.
• Lead cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Partner with MNO enablement to align strategy with network APIs opportunities.
• Develop and retain strong product and engineering leaders within the team.
