JobBusters AB is seeking a Data Analytics Manager for the Stockholm-based European CRM & Outbound team. You will drive data-driven decision making by tracking, analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns, consumer growth and product registrations across European markets.

You will build standardized reports, analyze engagement, conversions and ROI, and translate data into actionable insights. Collaboration with data teams to enhance dashboards and enable local markets through training and centralized

Qualifikationen

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM analytics, marketing data analysis or campaign performance tracking.
• Experience working with GA4, SQL and Python.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with CRM platforms and data governance.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across international and cross-functional teams.
