Job summary

Akind is seeking a Group AP/AR Manager to lead the centralized AP/AR function from our Linköping office, reporting to the Group Finance Director. You will develop a high-performing team of specialists and drive continuous improvements across invoicing, payments, and credit management.

You will foster trust, psychological safety, and cross-functional collaboration, while establishing KPIs and optimizing end-to-end financial workflows across our European operations. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven people leadership with coaching and development.
• Operational understanding of financial flows (AP/AR, invoicing).
• Experience improving ways of working while preserving daily quality.
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
• Degree in finance, accounting or economics.
• Experience in multi-company or international settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all client and supplier payments end-to-end.
• Provide visible, supportive leadership and coaching.
• Drive end-to-end AP/AR process standardization and automation.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.
• Track KPIs and collaborate with Finance Management Team.
