Job summary

Akind is seeking a visible Group AP/AR Manager to lead Finance Operations and drive end-to-end financial flows for client and supplier invoicing and payments. You will coach a team, foster collaboration, and implement standardized processes across Sweden and expanding international sites.

The role emphasizes hands-on process automation, KPI tracking, and close partnership with internal stakeholders. Fluency in English and Swedish and a proven track record of improving transactional finance

Qualifications

Proven people leadership experience with direct team responsibility.
Sound operational understanding of AP/AR, invoicing, credit management or similar.
Ability to improve ways of working involving employees while maintaining daily delivery quality.
Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

Hold responsibility for all financial flows related to client and supplier payments.
Provide visible leadership through coaching, feedback and cross-training.
Drive end-to-end AP/AR process improvements (streamlining, standardizing, harmonizing, automating).
Ensure accurate client and supplier invoicing and payments per terms.
Deliver responsive support to internal stakeholders and customers while improving handovers.
Establish and track KPIs, goals and targets within AP/AR.
