Acne Studios seeks an Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant at our Stockholm HQ to ensure accurate, timely processing of AP transactions and support efficient financial operations. You will work closely with Finance and other functions to uphold internal controls and build strong supplier relationships.

You will report to the AP/AR Manager and contribute to month-end processes, banking reconciliations, and continuous improvement of finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role.
• Knowledge of supplier payments, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting month-end closing activities.
• Strong Excel and ERP system skills.
• Understanding of financial controls and compliance.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Accounts Payable (AP) Accountant your main contribution will be to to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of Accounts Payable transactions while supporting efficient financial operations, strong internal controls, and positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

You will report to AP/AR Manager. You will play a vital role in:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
