PostNord Sverige seeks an experienced Senior Process Specialist in Accounts Payable and SAP to own end-to-end AP processes and collaborate with our Nordic Shared Service Finance Unit. You will partner with the outsourcing provider, drive standardization and automation, and ensure compliant, efficient AP operations.

The role requires deep AP knowledge, SAP expertise, and strong stakeholder management. A continuous improvement mindset and language skills in English are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience within Accounts Payable, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
• Deep expertise in Accounts Payable processes and Procure-to-Pay.
• Extensive hands-on SAP (Fiori) experience within AP processes.
• Experience working with outsourced service providers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; Nordic languages a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as the AP and SAP subject matter expert across PostNord within the Shared Service Finance Unit.
• Own and develop AP processes end-to-end and support stakeholders operationally.
• Serve as the primary contact for the outsourcing partner on AP processes and SAP-related matters.
• Drive process improvements, standardization, and automation across Accounts Payable.
• Ensure high-quality, efficient, and compliant AP processes; support SAP enhancements and issue resolution.
• Monitor process performance and maintain documentation, controls and governance.
