About The Role

In this role, you will coordinate and deliver a wide range of meetings, conferences, Workplace Experience events, customer visits, and hospitality services for a global client in their headquarters in Kista. No two days are the same. One day you may be preparing a large conference, the next you could be creating a unique employee activation, coordinating VIP visitors, or ensuring catering and event spaces are delivered to the highest standard.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where creativity, organization, and customer focus are essential.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Minimum of 1-3 year event operations experience or similar operational roles.
• Completed upper secondary education is required. Further studies within Event Production, Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Marketing, or similar disciplines are highly valued. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Experience within events, hospitality, customer service, workplace experience, or a similar operational environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several activities simultaneously.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
• Creative, energetic, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
• Physically fit and comfortable being active throughout the day, including moving event materials, setting up spaces, and supporting event logistics.
• Strong digital skills and experience working with Microsoft Office and event or booking systems.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
